Terms and Conditions
Promotion content: The promotional offer relates to iVectorOne – the universal hotel connectivity API, powered by intuitive. iVectorOne is a single, fully managed API solution that connects your travel booking system to any source of accommodation supply: bedbanks, wholesalers and chains, channel managers and direct contracts.
Promotion period: This promotional offer is valid from November 1st, 2023, to November 30th, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”).
Eligibility: To be eligible for this promotional offer, all clients must meet the following criteria:
Sign the contract for any of iVectorOne API’s elements (Bedbanks/Wholesalers/Chains, Channel Managers, Direct Contracting) between 1-30 November
Go live with the first transaction via iVectorOne API before March 31st, 2024
The transaction fees will be reduced for the first 6 months from the date the client goes live
This offer applies to both upfront and monthly license fees for channel managers and contracting services for a period of 6 months from the license start date
Minimum contract length: Clients must commit to a minimum contract length of 2 years to be eligible for this promotion.
Exclusions: This promotional offer does not apply to the upfront fees of £1.000, if applicable.
This promotional offer does not apply to existing customers.
Usage terms: The 20% discount will apply until the end of the 6-month period from the start of the going live date for the transaction fees and from the client’s license start date for the upfront and monthly fees. After the 6-month period, regular fees will apply, for which you may inquire with our team at sales@ivectorone.com.
Cancellation: In the event of early contract termination before the 2-year minimum contract length, the client will forfeit the remaining discount period, and regular fees will be applicable from the date of termination. In the event of the client not being able to go live until March 31 regular fees will be applicable for the remainder of the contract period.
Right to modify or cancel: The company reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotional offer at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
Acceptance: By participating in this promotional offer, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are effective as of 10.10.2023 and shall remain in effect until the end of the Promotion Period, unless otherwise stated by the company.
