8. Tech support

Integration and ongoing support is available for all iVectorOne customers. 

We endeavor to meet the following:

  • Technical integration questions – response within 30 minutes
  • Major fault – fixed within 2 hours
  • Minor fault – fixed within 7 days
  • New supplier request – set up within 24hrs

An iVectorOne connectivity Account Manager will also contact you on a regular basis throughout the initial integration to ensure we are providing the support you require.
